The customer may return the products, only under two circumstances.
One – If you received goods you did not order, please take a photograph of the product, and email us on email@example.com along with your order number..
Two – Damaged goods. Although great care is taken while sending your products to you, sometimes, due to events beyond our control, you may receive damaged shipment. If there is damage to the outside packaging, take a photograph of the package, then proceed to open the package and inspect your order. If the items inside are damaged, please take additional photographs of each damaged item. Please mail those images along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the grievance.
